I’m looking for the best Chinese restaurant in South Africa—and I may have just found it, here at Chopstix in Melville, with another branch in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg. Boasting a concise menu of authentic dishes, with sauces made from scratch and fresh seasonal ingredients, the restaurant experience was welcoming, and the food was delicious. Like this slow cooked beef noodle soup. The meat was so tender, and flavorful!
